SPOTit aims to help young people make informed decisions about the information they come across on social media by developing their media literacy skills.
OBJECTIVE: SPOTit develops innovative digital resources and uses freeware programmes for vlogging to empower young people to critically evaluate information they encounter on social media. In addition, the project will emphasise the development of crucial 21st century skills such as critical thinking, communication and collaboration, empowering young people in civic participation and actively involving them.
TARGET GROUP: Youth workers, youth officers and volunteers actively involved in the youth field. In addition, young people aged between 18 and 35.
Project partners: Cyprus, Ireland, Greece, Slovenia and Estonia (lead partner).
