DIGITAL GURU creates and demonstrates innovative methods for the effective management of workplace learning.<\/p>\n

OBJECTIVE: DIGITAL GURU intends to provide SMEs, employers and HR managers with innovative methods to organise an effective work and learning environment.<\/p>\n

TARGET GROUPS: Direct target groups are SMEs, employers and HR managers who usually offer training to workers in Elementary Occupations (EO) (according to ISCO division). This target group will receive training on how to provide digital skills to low-qualified adults working on EOs. Indirect target groups are employees with low levels of digital knowledge and skills, satakeholders in the field of employment and VET \/ organisations related to the Elementary Occupation sectors.<\/p>\n

Project partners: 2 Spanish companies, Greece, Ireland and Estonia as lead partner.<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
